  1. Welcome to the D G Y Travel Websites and enrollment in the D G Y Travel Club E-News. D G Y Travel Club is exclusive for the member of D G Y Travel. In case of loss or theft of your membership card, please contact D G Y Travel office -1015-8766 Mckim Way Richmond, BC.  by Phone : (604)279-1399, Fax (604) 279-1389 or D G Y Travel Service Center immediately.
  2. Your D G Y Travel Club no. is the sole property of D G Y Travel Inc. D G Y Travel reserves the right to disqualify any member who fails to follow or abuses program policies.
  3. D G Y Travel reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in this membership book. All judgments by D G Y Travel shall be final and conclusive in each case.
  4. D G Y Travel is not responsible for the loss or delay of any mailed correspondence resulting from an incorrect address.

    • Notify D G Y Travel Service Centre via fax or e-mail -Sales@dgytravel.com
    • You may modify or update your D G Y Travel membership personal data via D G Y Travel website.
  5.  Please show or provide your membership card number to receive membership benefit entitlements.
  6. D G Y Travel reserves the right to refuse entry/entitlements to any member who fails to adhere to these regulation D G Y Travel reserves the right to rectify any inconsistency with regard to member's mileage accumulation.
  7. Members may terminate their membership by sending written notice to D G Y Travel Service Center at any time.
  8. Upon the death of a member, his/her membership will be automatically terminated or to their beneficiary.
  9. When the membership is terminated, the private membership account will not be reserved, and membership mileages and electronic upgrade certificates will be ceased.
  10. D G Y Travel reserves the following rights:
    •  to modify and/or discontinue the D G Y Travel Club program.
    •  to modify the terms and conditions of the D G Y Travel points. 
  11. Your participation in the program will be governed by these provisions. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand all of them.
